Recipe for Broiled Shrimp 2 pounds of regular sizd shrimp 1 teaspoon salt 3 table spoons of chopped parsley - fresh 2 cloves of garlic 1 tablespoon of basil one half tablespoon of oregano 1 cup of olive oil If you have fresh shrimp, take off the shell and wash them, make a marinade of all the other ingredients, and add the shrimp to it. Marinate the shrimp as longer as possible, overnight if you can. Cook under a broiler 5 to 8 minutes. I like to cook them in my wok because it is fast, and still cooks the shrimp. ENJOY!! Your food is your medicine ! |
